Episode 3.18 Barnaby Druthers: Contralto

We return to the world of Barnaby Druthers, the Victorian era London detective series with the aforementioned Druthers and the incomparable Irene Adler. During the window in time when the world believed Sherlock Holmes had perished in Reichenbach Falls, society searched for another beacon of hope against the darkness of the criminal element and Barnaby appointed himself to the task. Fortunately for all concerned, Irene Adler joined him in the quest for justice and the truth in all things, except for truth in her mysterious past.

In today’s adventure, a significant part of Irene Adler’s past takes center stage. Prior to her adventures with Druthers, Adler enjoyed a successful career in the Opera world and now a missing persons case takes on high personal stakes as she searches for someone she once held dear.
