J. TIMOTHY QUIRK
WRITER, CREATOR, PRODUCER OF NUTMEG JUNCTION
Nutmeg Junction was an idea created by J. Timothy Quirk in December 2017, first recorded January 2018 and first broadcast on the radio 3/31/2018. Already on the radio as host of an award-winning interview radio show, J. Timothy wanted to tell stories in the audio-theater format like they were done during the “golden age of radio” and with a team of exceptional voice actors, Nutmeg Junction became a reality.
J. Timothy created the characters/series, wrote the scripts and produced the audio to create the final program for nearly every episode.
Now J. Timothy rarely voices any roles but is honored to voice the title character of Doc Keen in Doc Keen in the Phenomenal 50 in honor of Shelby Peck’s work, cast member Lana Peck’s father.
J. Timothy created:
Barnaby Druthers, Professor A, Cosmic Ventures, Harriet Holmes, Space Sentries, The Grey Whisper, The Chance Mysteries, Fanny and Fred, Malcolm MacDuff and many more.
