
HUMPHRY ROLLESTON
Humphry Rolleston portrays Barnaby Druthers on Nutmeg Junction and in the self-titled weekly series “Barnaby Druthers” and “Barnaby Druthers Mystery Hour”.
Humphry Rolleston was born and educated in England, where he obtained a Master’s Degree in History at St John’s College, Cambridge. After a career at The Economist and McKinsey & Company in London and New York, he retired to Litchfield, CT in 2015. In addition to playing Nutmeg Junction’s Barnaby Druthers, he is a regular reader and narrator with the Waterbury Symphony Orchestra, reads stories, “Tales with Humphry” at KidsPlay Children’s Museum in Torrington, and has also performed in a number of local theater productions, including The Importance of Being Earnest (Goshen Players), A Comedy of Errors (Shakesperience) and Spamalot (Landmark Community Theatre, Thomaston Opera House).
